The ‘partnership’ was officially a limited company created through a mutual belief and understanding between two friends of how we wanted to build and operate ‘our’ businesses. This had been developed through a period where both Michael and myself learnt the basics of our trade from the grass roots up, managing and promoting within Edinburgh’s vibrant nightclub and bar scene. Over this period we built a solid reputation for providing a unique and distinct product. This culminated in producing a business plan that was the catalyst to developing and opening our first unit in October 2000.

Over the six years we created three profitable businesses and received numerous industry awards. We then concluded our business relationship as my long-term intention to move overseas came to fruition.
